DeepElevation™ was founded in 2013 by deep as a practice of self discovery & transformation through the balanced fusion of Personal Training, Yoga / Yoga Therapy, Meditation & Nutrition.
The concept of DeepElevation™ is both pragmatic & philosophical. Based on the idea that in order to have lasting change one must go through the depth of establishing permanent roots to one’s goals and then elevate by carrying this knowledge in a constant state of growth.
